Bend and bring your knees towards your chest (90 degrees). Contract the abs while you bring your legs up. Repeat this for 20 times for best result.
6] Opposite toe touch – This exercise is normally done after your warm-up activity. Stand straight and stretch your legs to maximum level you can. Without bending the knees try to touch the toes of your opposite leg toe (right hand should touch the left leg toe). Repeat this exercise minimum for 30 times.
7] Bicycle exercise – lie down flat on the floor. Your lower back should be pressed to the ground. Place your hands next your head. Bring both of your knees towards your chest (45 degree level) and start doing pedaling motion. This exercise will help you to get six pack abs fast.
